TENANTS NOTE: You cannot order swipes or remotes. It MUST be done by the LOT OWNER or PROPERTY MANAGER.

Please speak to our Building Officers about loaning an access swipe while a new one is being ordered. (Refundable Bond required)

Device Collection Details

Devices MUST be collected by a resident from the Building Officers. They can be collected between 8am and 10pm.
The person named below will be notified when they are ready to collect and the MUST provide PHOTO IDENTIFICATION.

Sould be a letter and 3 or 4 numbers. eg: N9999 or S0000 or H000
Max 2 swipes per bedroom (+1 for agent/owner) Agent/Owner swipe only has access to LOT registered entities.
Cena: $ 55.00
One remote per carpark lot permitted. Access swipes can also open carpark gate.
Cena: $ 155.00

Notes:

1. Once this form is received, the currently issued Secuity Swipes and/or Carpark Remotes will be checked, and if there are too many we will contact you to complete an audit.
2. If there are not too many, we will program your swipe/remotes and send an SMS that they are ready for collection.
3. Photo ID matching the details above will need to be provided.
